Seo Architect oversaw the renovation of a semi-attached single-family home in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, featuring a partial horizontal extension on the second story. The rear second-story extension was designed within the existing building footprint to maintain zoning compliance while enhancing interior space.

The renovation included new GFRC exterior cladding and windows, an enlarged layout for three bedrooms with ample closet space, a new kitchen, and two-and-a-half bathrooms. The finished cellar added functional living and storage areas, creating a modernized home with improved comfort, efficiency, and style.
