Seo Architect developed a strategic test-fit and integration study for a global fashion design firm to facilitate a multi-floor lease renewal. To accommodate the tenant’s rapid growth across 66,300 SF (spanning the 5th through 8th floors), the design demonstrated how diverse programmatic needs could be efficiently distributed while maintaining a unified corporate identity. The centerpiece of the proposal is a new internal staircase connecting all four levels, transforming separate floors into a cohesive, interconnected vertical campus that fosters collaboration and brand synergy.
