Apartment Renovation 

Seo Architect completed a full-gut renovation of a one-bedroom apartment in Manhattan’s Upper West Side. The unit presented unique challenges, including an irregular triangular floor plate, low floor-to-ceiling heights, an outdated kosher kitchen, and aging built-in wardrobe millwork.

The renovation included a complete upgrade of the kitchen and bathroom, new flooring, moldings, partial drop ceiling with linear lighting, doors, and closets, as well as redesigned PTAC enclosures. The result is a refreshed, functional living space that maximizes the apartment’s unconventional layout while bringing it up to modern standards in both aesthetics and comfort.
