Co-op Apartment Renovation 

Seo Architect worked on the renovation of a co-op apartment in a landmark building in the Flatiron District. With only two units per floor and a generously sized floor plate, the project offered unique opportunities for customized design.

In collaboration with interior designer Aline Studio, Seo Architect focused on space planning and the layout of the kitchen and bathroom, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic harmony within the historic context of the building.
