Seo Architect PLLC is engaged as an architectural sub-consultant to the Phase 2 Partnership for the Second Avenue Subway Extension from 96th Street to 125th Street, encompassing three new stations.

Our office is contributing to both the design development and construction document phases, utilizing OpenBuildings Designer(BIM) to develop detailed drawings and ensure design precision.

Through this collaboration, we support the delivery of high-quality documentation and strengthen the project’s overall design and constructability.
